Real estate professional Bryan Bartlett is the senior vice president of Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group in Jacksonville, Florida. Specializing in industrial real estate inside and outside of Jacksonville, Bryan Barlett was recently involved in the sale of a 94,000-square-foot industrial facility in Macclenny, Florida.
The property is located on Industrial Circle in Macclenny, where it sits on 27.3 acres of land. It was purchased by two California-based high-end furniture companies for $1.6 million.
The furniture companies plan to open a southern regional distribution center at the location. They will upgrade the entire facility in phases with the help of local contractors.
A showroom will be added, where local shoppers and store owners can go to view and test the furniture. In addition, up to 35,000 square feet of the renovated space will be put up for lease.
